It sounds a little harsh, but in reality, it is an extremely empowering

After that mental shift, *the only other goal I have for my clients is
for them to look and feel good.*

I will tell you exactly how many reps and sets of each exercise to do, and also provide video demonstrations for EVERY exercise to ensure you know exactly how to perform them with proper form!

Longevity is key. I won't be pushing any unhealthy or extreme diets. Instead, I'll focus on creating a meal plan that is enjoyable, and adaptable! I will factor in your dislikes, allergies, dietary requirements and goals to ensure your personal meal plan meets your needs.
As you progress and your body changes, so will your caloric needs. Your plan will update every 4 weeks to ensure you don’t get bored of the same foods, allowing you to stay consistent and continue moving towards your final goal.
You’ll get a simple shopping list to take with you on your next trip to the supermarket - all you have to do is trust the process and let the diet do its thing!

*I hated the way I looked. *
I was small and skinny and struggled with my confidence for years. I think
that is why I get along so well with my clients. I get it. I spent years
feeling embarrassed by how weak and small I looked. I didn't understand why people in my own family could naturally be so much bigger than I was. I thought I had just lost the genetic lottery… until I stopped making
excuses and decided to make a change.
I studied, and I worked at it. I discovered it was actually quite easy to
make a DRAMATIC change in how I looked. I was shocked. I was eating what I wanted, and I didn't even need to do long, extreme workouts. Fitness didn't feel like a chore.
Then, other things started to change. People started to look at me
differently. It wasn't because my body was changing - often, that change was hidden behind sweaters and jackets - but it was that they were starting to react to the way I was acting.
I was amazed.
My entire life changed *fast,* simply because I decided I was in charge of
it instead of blaming my bad luck on the genetics department.

At the time l had just finished my basketball season in Australia and was disappointed in how my body handled the year and felt like I needed a change in my strength training. Being a former D1 athlete, you would think training for me would be easy. I started to train with Ty in November 2019. It wasn’t because I didn’t know how to train or make my own programs. I hired him as my trainer because I wasn’t able to push myself hard enough to get the result I was looking for, and knowing him as a friend but also seeing how he works with other athletes proved to me that training with him is what I needed for my own health and wellness.
